Freya is a Trauma Informed Strength coach dedicated to helping people move with ease, confidence, and self-empowerment. She brings a decade of healthcare experience alongside a lifelong passion for martial arts, sports, and fitness.
She blends functional training, mobility work, and body awareness practices to create programs that build core resilience, restore balance, and prevent injury.
Her trauma-informed coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that movement should look and feel good. Freya’s seven-year commitment to Peloton training—strength, cardio, and mobility—continues to shape her growth and influence her teaching style.
She recently completed workshops in DNS Strength Training and Animal Flow. She adapts her approach to meet everyone’s needs and their unique nervous system, integrating mindful movements and core activations to enhance both physical performance and overall well-being, as well as confidence in oneself.
When she’s not coaching, Freya enjoys spending time with her friends and trying new restaurants. She is often travelling, exploring trails, and soaking up the sun. Her love for travelling and nature fuels her belief that movement is a way to connect not only with our bodies but also to live in alignment with the world around us.
