Dr. Kshama Meher
Homeopathy
With over 18 years of dedicated clinical experience, Dr. Kshama brings a profound depth of knowledge to the global homeopathic community. Her journey began at the Dhondumama Sathe Homeopathic Medical College, Pune, followed by a Post-Graduation in Homeopathic Materia Medica.
Dr. Kshama’s foundation was built under the mentorship of her father, Dr. Subhash Meher, in Ahilyanagar. Immersed in a busy practice from her student days, she witnessed the transformative power of homeopathy in even the most dire pathologies. This early exposure instilled a unique clinical confidence, allowing her to manage everything from acute illnesses to complex chronic diseases across all age groups.
To further refine her craft, Dr. Kshama trained under the world-renowned Dr. Rajan Sankaran at “The Other Song” clinic in Mumbai. By integrating the Sensation Method with her classical roots, she utilizes a “Synergy” approach that fine-tunes remedy selection for unparalleled accuracy.
Based in India but serving a global patient base, Dr. Kshama specializes in online consultations, ensuring that distance is never a barrier to holistic healing.
Continuous Growth: “My desire to help patients ensures I am never content with the status quo. I am a lifelong student of medicine first and a homeopath second, constantly evolving to provide the best care possible.”
Mr. Dinyar Mistry
Registered Massage Therapy
Upon completing my Bachelor’s in Instrumentation Engineering, I decided to follow my passion as a Senior Yoga, Dance Instructor & Performing artist with the Shiamak Davar’s Institute for the Performing Arts (SDIPA). For 15 years i taught Yoga and Dance in Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Banglore, Toronto, Calgary, and Vancouver. I was fortunate to have performed with the dance company in Egypt, London, San Francisco, Amsterdam, Malaysia, China, Dubai, Toronto, and Vancouver.
I am certified by the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Dhanwantari Ashram in India as a Yoga Acharya (ERYT-500). I taught “Shiamak’s Inner Dance Movement,”(IDM) a programme which uses movement, yoga, and breathing along with rhythm and vibration to help align the body, mind and spirit. I have a level 2 in Reiki and have completed the Advanced Ayurvedic Studies course from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Vancouver.
During my journey, as a Dancer and Yoga Instructor, I experienced the power of the performing arts and therapeutic touch as a medium to provide comfort, relaxation, and manage pain. This eventually led me to study at Vancouver College of Massage Therapy (VCMT). Upon completion, the school honoured me with their “Heart Award “ given for ‘Unconditional positive regard for others combined with a passionate commitment to excellence in the massage therapy profession.’
I offer a “trauma-informed practice”, one which fosters an environment where the unique story of each person’s life experience is met with body-oriented compassion and awareness to safely and respectfully provide appropriate care and service. Functional Neurology, Craniosacral therapy Orthopedic & Active Rehab are my preferred areas of practice
I believe that the human body has an innate intelligence. A Natural ability to heal and restore balance. When not at work, I love spending time with my daughter and wife watching movies singing, and dancing, I love being surrounded by nature, reading, and listening to music.
